Reservation and deposit policy

Private individuals

Please note that we do not make any reservations for orders by private individuals. If you wish to purchase some plants, please visit our transactional website at www.cultivart.ca, or come in person to our nursery from mid-April to mid-June. Please see our business hours here.

Producers

We invite producers to contact us to make their reservations in order to ensure they obtain the desired varieties and quantities. A deposit is required in order to reserve the order.

• In the case of plants originating from the United States, the totality of the plants must be paid for prior to delivery.
• In the case of plants originating from Canada, a deposit of 40% must be made in order to reserve the plants.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Canada using various delivery companies for all our customers. The delivery costs are paid by the customer. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you wish to arrange for the delivery of your order.

After-sale service

At Pépinière A. Massé, after-sale service is highly important. Our family values motivate us to give great consideration to the relationship we have with our customers during the entire sales process. If the product you received is not satisfactory, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Take note that because of the live nature of the product offered, each case is treated differently.
