We source from reliable and expert suppliers in the field who share our values in matters of sustainable cultivation. Virus detection is conducted as soon as our foundation plants are received.
We carry out yearly adequate rotation and fumigation of each parcel of land before planting. We also conduct soil tests prior to planting to ensure our fields contain the best nutrients.
We have a diligent team in place that ensures the maintenance of our fields. Our agronomy team takes care of disease control, applying the best product at the right time.
Weather permitting in the fall, we remove all our plants in order to protect them from harsh winter conditions. This allows them to become dormant in our cold room.
